5 Most Dangerous Teens Exposed by Rape Investigators

Olvin Rodriguez and his partner

The victim was kidnapped from her driveway after returning home from a concert with friends. The armed teens forced her back into her car and drove to another location where they raped her. Rodriguez aged 17 and his 16-year-old partner took off with her cell phone and other personal belongings. The Police were able to trace her cell phone to a residence on Dogwood View Lane where they arrested Rodriguez, who later confessed. They searched the residence and found the victim’s belongings and the gun used. 

Tyler Kost

The 18-year-old high school student in Arizona has been arrested on suspicion of sexually assaulting at least 10 and as many as 18 high school girls. Tyler Kost was being held without bond after being arrested late Thursday. The Pinal County Sheriff’s Department has described Kost as a “serial rapist”. He impregnated a 15-year-old and allegedly threatened to shoot in the head each girl who rejected his sexual advances.

Isaiah Cain

Isaiah Cain received 20 years in prison for the kidnapping and rape of a 16-year-old he dated briefly. The victim said Cain forced her into a hallway, choked, and punched her in the face.  Cain then raped the victim at knife-point, according to the woman. Cain was sentenced as an adult. He was sentenced as an adult due to the severity of the crime. Since it was a violent offense and he was barely remorseful about his crime.

Philip Chism

Philip Chism followed his algebra teacher, Colleen Ritzer, into a school bathroom, strangled her, stabbed her at least 16 times, and raped her. Investigators said he raped and killed the teacher in a school bathroom before dumping her body in a recycling barrel and moving it to the woods. In addition to first-degree murder, the teen rapist who was tried as an adult, was also found guilty of one count of aggravated rape and one count of armed robbery.

Terry Berger-Smith

The teenager who kidnapped and repeatedly raped a woman on a Hollywood sidewalk is being charged as an adult. Prosecutors affirmed that he stalked a woman and approached her on the 300 block of South Park Road. Terry told his victim that he wanted to add her to his collection. He repeatedly raped the victim and live-streamed the incident to his friend. When the victim in sheer panic asked Terry if he had any sexually transmitted diseases, he boldly told her he had AIDS.

Conclusion

Thus, with such problems as teenagers involved in rape crimes, we come to realize that the problem is far from being solved. It also shows that we have a very long way to go. For this issue, it is imperative to provide a comprehensive solution that focuses on preventing mental illnesses, enhancing educational processes, and activating members of society. Effective policing and legal policies need to be put in place, that will address youthful offenders in a way that focuses on punishment but more on reform as well as the prevention of further crimes in the future.
